Asked about the peripheral vision with new glasses?
OK, so in my last eye exam, my doctor suggested I to bifocals. The thing is that I'm only 23 and in fact they were just trying to make me spend more money on my new glasses. So I asked what the optometrist would be the difference if I get bifocals and just get a pair of glasses for the distance. She said she will work well, but it would take time to get used to playing and being in front of a computer, it would be close. I therefore only the distance of the lenses just now and I realize that my peripheral vision is blurred, but when I see something in mind, is perfectly clear. Does anyone know if this is normal and my eyes just fits? Or should I go to the optometrist could cause having a bad choice?
